Why we exist
The world already has powerful AI. Assamese still needs its foundation.
Models such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI models, Sarvam AI and many others have made AI remarkably capable. We are not trying to replace them.
Our question is different: who builds and maintains the underlying language resources that allow Assamese to participate fully in that future?
Assamese needs carefully collected text, authentic speech, consistent language standards, openly documented datasets, and research infrastructure that developers can actually inspect and build upon.
Axomiya AI Foundry exists to help build that foundation — openly, collaboratively, and with Assamese language and cultural context at the center.
